BLT Chicharrón Duro with Ranch Crema, LAstyle Marketplace
“This is probably my top dish at the festival,” mentioned Chef Jimmy. “I actually stumbled upon [a duro] while on vacation in the southwest and thought it was perfect for our festival. Of course, it’s our spin on a classic duro, complete with ranch crema and smoked bacon.
